Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ZERRA GROUP LTD, trading as YourSEOManager. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

YourSEOManager is the platform. Alex is the AI SEO employee that works within it. Alex can analyse data, prepare recommendations, draft work such as pages, posts and replies, and measure outcomes — always working within the permissions and approvals you control.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use, contact us promptly.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the platform.

You may connect services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and WordPress so Alex can work with your data. Connecting a service is your choice, and access is limited to the permissions you grant.

You are responsible for having the right to connect each service and to share its data with us, and for ensuring your use of connected data complies with applicable law and the terms of those services. You can disconnect any service at any time.

Alex prepares recommendations and draft work based on the information available to it. Alex is a tool that supports your decisions; it is not a substitute for your own judgement about what is right for your business, your customers and your obligations.

By default the platform runs in a suggestions-only mode: Alex prepares work and waits for your approval before anything is published.

You may choose to enable assisted or autopilot modes, which allow Alex to carry out specific types of action automatically. These modes only apply to the actions you explicitly enable and within the limits you set. You can change or pause automation at any time. If you enable an automation mode, you remain responsible for the actions taken under it.

To start your 30-day free trial you must provide a valid payment method. Nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial ends, your subscription begins at £79 per month and the first payment is taken on the day after your trial ends, then monthly thereafter until you cancel.

All prices include applicable UK taxes where required. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription while it remains active.

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal and no further payments will be taken. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable for the period you have used.

Search engine rankings, traffic, leads and business results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, visibility, traffic or business outcome, and Alex’s recommendations are guidance rather than a promise of results.

You are responsible for approving content before it is published (or for knowingly enabling an automation mode), for the access permissions you grant, and for ensuring your use of the platform and any connected data is lawful and respects the rights of others. You must not use the platform to publish misleading, unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

You agree not to:

• use the platform to abuse, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system;
• scrape, resell or redistribute platform data without permission;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties; or
• attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the platform’s safety or approval controls.

You own the content you provide and the content Alex prepares for you remains yours. You grant us the limited right to host and process that content solely to operate the platform for you. We own the platform, including its design, software and branding, and retain all rights in them.

This agreement runs from when you create your account until it is closed. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if your use creates risk or liability for us or others, or where required by law. On closure, we will stop using your information for the platform and will delete or anonymise it in line with our Privacy Policy, subject to any records we must keep for legal, accounting or security reasons.

The platform is provided “as is” and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will achieve any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you within the platform or by email. Your continued use after a material change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
